Very professional, explained everything
Neil was professional, personable and educational. He patiently answered any questions the buyer and I had, and taught me something new, which I have as a goal at each inspection I attend. He explained problems in the home in a way that the buyer understood without being overly concerned.
Corey Colburn was extremely helpful and thorough! My husband and I were really impressed!
The technicians are professionals, polite and respectful. They completely clean up after themselves and are very respectful of poeples homes. I have used them twice when looking to purchase homes and both times their in depth and knowledgable staff have alerted me to big problems!! Some of the problems would have been over $100,000.00 to repair!! Simply put, they are the best!
We would definitely recommend Structure Tech. Joe Westerlund was our inspector and was very informative and patient with us. We had lots of questions since we were first time home buyers. He was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. What would've been an overwhelming and confusing inspection report was much easier to understand since we went over most of the issues with Joe first.
I had structure tech and my dad come out to check a house. My dad is an appraiser so he also knows what to look for and was very impressed with what structure tech found and how they inspected. Thanks to them I didn’t buy a house with some serious problems.
