Our inspector, Jim Tobias, was highly professional and thorough. Spent three hours on our 1300 square foot house. Was well prepared and on time; in fact he was there early. Explained everything in detail, and answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Report was extremely well done with many pictures and comments. More expensive than some other inspection companies, but well worth it for an excellent home inspection. Highly recommend!
We had our house inspection with Structure Tech as referred by our friend. Setting up an appointment by calling was easy, did not wait for a long time. Bryce Klym, the inspector for our house, was on-time, and gave us a very good explanation about his findings. A job well done. We’re very happy with their service.
