I had a buyer use them recently and I thought the report was very well done for easier communication on what repairs may be needed.
Tessa walked us through every inch of our new home. This is our first time buying a house and someone who welcomed having us along for everything was so helpful. For any question we had she had a thorough and easy-to-understand answer. While any inspection will find issues, we were also given ideas for solutions for those issues. Super happy with our experience!

As a first time homebuyer, the fact that they allowed and recommended I joined them on the inspection was the first good sign. George and Ryan were both extremely knowledgeable and cared to thoroughly explain everything to me. They were never in a rush to get done, even as we approached the 4 hour mark (due to all the questions I was asking). The report was in my email within 24 hours and I was ready to take informed action on planning fixes. Highly recommend.
