Very happy
Has to be the worst GP practice I've ever been with.. You have to make appointments online and you only have a 3 hour window to do so. For night workers like me, its a real problem. Im currently having a cancer scare and I can't see a doctor. Absolutely disgusting
Following my negative review (below) of a recent doctor’s appointment, I had an immediate and very proactive response from the Practice Manager who first phoned me and then arranged for me to go to speak with her. I had a very positive and constructive meeting with her. I now have every confidence that at Five Valleys they are committed to improving the service and I feel that the general support and considered feedback from us, the patients, would be beneficial to the whole organisation while things continue to improve. I would like to say that despite NHS restraints and recent issues with getting appointments, my husband and I have always felt that once we got in to see a doctor it had been a positive experience, with kind, caring and supportive communication. My appointment last week with a new doctor changed this. I found her communication bordering on belligerent in the way she asked questions and I felt quite intimidated by the general tone of the consultation. Absolutely shocking service, this drs are not educated on the human body and they have a god complex. They ignore pain, belittle, invalidate and dismiss pain and symptoms. I am never going back . I’ll take my chances with Chinese medicine
