Terrible waiting times and impossible to get appointments. I had an acute throat infection leaving me in constant pain and unable to eat anything other than soup due to the pain. It took over a month of calling to get a appointment and that was only possible through calling the emergency line.
Might be the worst healthcare provider ever! You would feel lucky, if you can pass all weird questions of assistance to get an appointment for actual doctor! Today even their doctor assistance line is not available anymore. Please think twice if you want to register yourself to this place.
While the doctors are very good, the attitude of the management staff and GP assistants is disappointing and rude Very bad experience from the GP assistants
They intentionally block you from making appoitnments. App and online does not give you any appointment, when you call they only available for emergency again and again. Such a scam in health matters.
