Excellent staff and facilities.
Changing area for the needs a serious descale!
Me and my children use to come to this sports centre regularly but I found that the Management don't care to tackle the dirty and smelly (urine smell) showers, toilets and changing room areas. The men's.changing rooms toilets locks are always broken and dirty and smely.. I had made several complaints with the management mitch and megan but they are so lazy and dont care. The customer service is as bad as the state of the Sports centre. The Staff are not helpful at all save for the receptionists. The other staff just stand ar... read more
Dreadful managers and dreadful facilities. The sauna, steam room smell of urine and are dirty. Keep away from this place.
