Booking is impossible As it only takes 15 seconds to go and especially for working ppl who have to book only on holidays we have to put our postpone our symptoms and when we try to book its like gambling very rarely u win !
I called the GP to make me an appointment. As this were, it was very urgent. They refused and says, fully books. I've been called 111, after the pressured, the GP to make an appointment. I then received a call back from the doctor surgery. Very aggressive, rude, telling me why have I made complaint? Why have I not called them directly? There's a major floor in the surgery and the nhs system.
I moved from another surgery, who constantly letting me down. I've only received nothing but fantastic service from this surgery. Keep up the good work.
