Friendly staff and excellent equipment at a great price. Unfortunately, tidiness and atmosphere are sticking points for this gym. Plates are often left lying around or on machines. The music is uncomfortably loud and despite song selection being better than most commercial gyms, it sounds like nails on chalkboard coming out of that sound system. Could easily be 5/5 with attention to these two points
I have got strangely fond of this gym. Amazing staff who go out of their way. The Active Live programme is inspirational and life challenging for the good 😊
