Nos encantó el hotel , habitaciones para 4 muy amplias , limpio , tranquilo y en una zona muy bella cerca del metro
posizione fantastica, a 3 minuti dalla metro di Gloucester road e a pochi minuti dal V&A. Le pulizie lasciano desiderare, abbiamo trovato delle lenti a contatto usate al nostro arrivo e sono rimaste li finché non siamo andati via, capelli nella vasca e una forcina usata. la colazione non è niente di che, l'ascensore era rotto e non abbiamo visto nessuno neanche provare ad aggiustarlo. Lo staff è gentile.
We were very impressed with this hotel. From the entrance we were welcomed by friendly people, very hospitable. The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was over expectations, a vast amount of delicious food ,served in lovely clean room. The Hosekeeping manager, Gyongyver was very polite and professional, and everyone was "in the right place, at the right time" kind and helpful. We'll be back, surely!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, and the staff were always ready to assist us with the best arrangements. Everyone was extremely helpful and attentive. I would especially like to mention Amina, the Housekeeping Supervisor , we accidentally left a phone behind, and she made sure it was safely kept until we returned to collect it.
