I love the strasburg railroad! Ive been coming out there when i was a baby. I like going thru the amish country and seeing the sights & never grow tired of it. As they say in the show "shining time station", its a place unlike any other. All Aboard for paradise!

Woke up with a sick kid and they won't let me switch tickets to another open time slot! AWFUL customer service. They run a business based around children and have no respect for parents time and money. I know it says no refunds but I'm not asking for a refund- just an exchange!! This is the first and the LAST time we will ever come here.
I remember going here as a child. Now I have taken my grand children here. Everyone there from the time we purchased our tickets, rode the train, shopped in the gift store and even visited the model train set up in the caboose were friendly with smiles. The kids loved it!!! Thank you. Looking forward to seeing the Easter Bunny in the spring.

The cliches abound for good reason. This really is a trip back in time. The railroad's attention to detail, service, and overall atmosphere makes this excursion experience the standard bar by which the others should be judged. It should not be missed that this railroad not only offers excursions, but is an excellent freight carrier as well, interchanging with a major railroad.
