Great family place! Such friendly people:)
Today was our first visit to the Thomas train ride. My 2 year old loves Thomas and Percy and he had so much fun! There were many activities to keep us busy and the train rides were very nice. We enjoyed shopping at the gift shops and picking up things to bring home. However, I gave 4 stars because your line for waiting to pick up the Thomas and Percy pictures was unreal. You can not except little children to wait in lines like that to pick up pictures. You should have a different system in place for getting them. Also, thing... read more
Our 5 kids love going here. We go back every year.
We have been just to ride the train as well as a Day Out with Thomas. The only thing that would be nice is if they could somehow make the ride a loop vs and up and back. Over all it was a great day.
This place is a joke.... Good luck figuring out anything, nobody has a clue it seems

Lovely place
Went first as a kid, took my kids in Aug 2014. Wish the ride itself was a little longer but overall a wonderful experience. Love the views and the trains have been kept up beautifully. Will make a return trip soon.
Always something new to see fun for the youngsters with Thomas and Percy
