I remember Mom & Dad taking us here when we were young.
I have been here 3 times never fails to disappoint me and always amazing! Plenty of attractions in the area a great vacation or weekend getaway for everybody and anybody!

The Road to Paradise. Paradise, PA and Paradise for steam locomotive and railroad historians as well. America's oldest short-line railroad that every train enthusiast should visit, and often! Who else created Thomas and Percy, restored the only operable N&W 4-8-0, has "The Decapod" No. 90, restored and ran two priceless PRR classic locomotives for years, has been chosen to rebuild or restore countless locomotives, and has been in business for over 55 years (182 since first chartered) ? Only the Strasburg!

After writting this review i will be deleting my like of this page. I came to ride the first class car with my cousin n two children for my boys birthday present. One is 1 and the other is 3. We wanted 3 tickets for first class cause my 1 year old would not need a seat. They would not let us take my 1 year old on without buying a $20 ticket for him. I asked y we would need a ticket for a infant who would not be using a seat, eating, or drinking. They explained that they charge that much because they do not want children on f... read more

we had a great time today, and best thing was it was cheap for my family of 4! def recommend!
It is truly a unique experience! We went for a daybout with Thomas and all of the staff members were cheerful and always seemed to be smiling. They really took kids into consideration and was fast with pictures and checkouts. I want to go back for other events. Thank you Strasburg Railroad!
