Been there three times. It's right in the middle of Amish country. Absolutely recommend for a great family attraction.

Well of course I'll always love going here because I'm a Railfan but it's still full of great family fun! For the little railroaders they have the day out with Thomas and of course there's the regular train rides. One of the great attractions is the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania. It has a great variety of engines ranging for Steam locos to diesel locomotives.
Me and my dad were at Strasburg in May 2011, and we had a blast. I liked it the most. I got a Lionel catalog and a wooden Marian car.
Been going there since I was a little kid. Now I take my family there. Both my girls 22 and 16 still love the ride. I have lost track of how many times I have ridden 'The Road to Paradise'
Took a trip here 7 yrs ago had fun went on one of the blck trains as part of my visit ang went in there store ang buy Thomas train cup
I've ridden and photographed the Strasburg's trains since 1972, and the whole place keeps getting better and better. I like it best on the really cold days: Nothing beats steam in the snow!
