The Strand Medical provided an exceptional level of service. The receptionist was extremely helpful, professional and compassionate. Dr McClumpha provided an exceptional level of patient care, taking time to go through my medical diagnosis, he was compassionate, patient and caring. Thankyou for providing an amazing NHS service to our community.
Amazing Practice. Moved from another one to here. Can’t even be compared. They have an online appointment system which works so well. And I was given an appointment (which I believed I would wait for) within a week. Dr. Burch was exceptionally thorough. Very well communication skills. I am leaving the surgery very content and I believe surgeries who do good jobs need to be praised.
Very bad service - the worst GP practice I have ever seen. Don’t get registered with them . I will be taking it furthur I can to CQC As it’s complete delay for checking an 8year old.
