I have been in worthing 5yrs and only seen my Dr twice. Some of the receptionist are nice others have no compassion at all. My Dr who is Dr burgess does not care about his patients and would rather fob you off to the hospital or other Dr's, the strand has gone down hill since one of the lead Dr's has left. Phoned to speak to a dr went through the clinician form only to be told that a dr would phone me on the 1st of september, I suffer with chronic pancreatitis

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who deals with my complex care needs at the Strand. All the staff including receptionist and telephone handlers, always kind, prompt and compassionate help received. Thank you to Dr Whyatt, Dr Jarvis, in particular who look after me solely for my complex medical background, though I do stress that all the other GPs I have dealt with at The Strand.have been also been excellent in my care needs. Thank you

Near on impossible to see a doctor face to face. Forms and front office even make a phone call appointment difficult. If you are lucky enough to get one you won't get a timed appointment but it can come anytime during the day. If you miss it you start all over again. My worst Gp practice to date and I left.

I recently was experiencing some strange ailments and contacted the Drs twice to discuss, coincidentally I spoke to a Receptionist called Linda on both occasions and she was so helpful, the first time advising me how the Surgery deals with appointments , the second time re a callback from Faye . I found Linda to be so professional , very polite , she listened to my needs and pointed me in the right direction , which eased my anxiousness

3weeks wait for appointment which was a phone call. Cancelled because they lack their own patient information somehow. Rebook and asked to wait again. it’s simply not acceptable I’m sorry. I know it’s difficult right now and the nhs is struggling. Sadly this isn’t okay to keep doing to people.
