So me and my friend went to Lenox mall in Atlanta the other day to window shop and when we were walking we were grabbed by the owner and he started his sale speech. I didn’t mind I wanted to know. Well he starts complimenting us; until I tell him I don’t have the funds. He then starts to insult my hair and said “ it smells like a rotisserie chicken and if my boyfriend leaves that’s why” he also started commenting on my dead ends because it was the iron I was using at home( I just need a hair cut….). I was shopping at west town mall in Knoxville tn and they ask me to come over and they would flat iron my hair it was so soft and it felt really good the texture . They went through all the steps to sell the flat iron and products that goes with it . It was not the same flat iron as they used on receipt it says pro elite ceramic and the one that they gave me completely different it’s a bionic pro flat iron and it’s not the same it doesn’t work the same as he styled my hair at the kiosk I’m very disappointed they lied and it’... read more

What a scam. I was pressured into buying a flattening iron at the mall. The guy kept making fun of my hair (in front of my child!) and even kept pressuring my child to answer questions. The iron I was sold isn't even the same they used!! I kept saying "no" to all of the other products the guy kept trying to sell me, but he just kept going and going. I said I can't buy anything more, and he kept trying to guilt trip me into it! Saying things like "don't you want to take care of your hair?" Seriously?? This business is a SCAM!... read more

It is a **** the flat irons burnt my hair the spiral one doesn't work the tools that they use on your hair at the mall are totally different it says no refund because they know the product don't work and I spent two hundred dollars this company needs to be closed down for ******** people out of there money

They do not tell customers about no refund policy before buying product. They Harris people. Products are flimsy and cheaply made. Not worth the price!

I'm really upset that I was actually told after I purchased this that I was profiled based on my shoes and jewelry I was wearing in the Braintree mall. The pro glider I got sucks! Doesn't even turn on! I'm beyond upset and disappointed with the whole thing. Not only does it not work but afterwards I was told if I didn't dress the way I did I would have gotten it for cheaper. Not a good way to do business, but because of this experience anytime I make a somewhat big purchase, I will check out this site before hand

Horribley scary service at the maine mall kiosk. I was bullied in front of my child about my hairs condition, but they didn't stop there! I was asked to sit down for 'just a second' The kiosk manager stood behind me flipping a wireless heated straightener dangerously close to me his staff, people walking by and my child as his stylist tried to sell me syrums while using a dirty hot iron (after I said "no please I already straightened it") on my hair. They are pushy in getting you to buy their products. We changed our minds about the product and decided we didn't want the product and when tried to return the the products back they refused a refund
