I was at the ********* mall in ********* ********* and an employee of Straight Ahead asked me if he could show me and my fiance the Bionic Pro Gold Collection. He used it on my hair, it was soft and beautiful (it stayed the rest of the day). Mall kiosk scam. Dont buy keep walking! I paid $160 and feel so stupid. I like my $40 straightener way better. (I got it at the galleria mall in ********* **)

All the negative reviews are the same, so I won't bother wasting my time saying what everyone else is saying. I was ripped off on my birthday. The lady wouldn't take no for an answer. She forcefully pulled cards out of my wallet to keep running even though I told her I had no money. Terrible business and it's so upsetting they continue to scam people and get away with it. Why is nothing being done?!?!?

I was at the bowling green ky mall. Got lured into this product. It’s not the same flat iron they use on your hair to demonstrate.. I came home used the one I bought and could tell it’s not the same flat iron. Don’t waste your money.. My advice keep walking.They should not be allowed to sell inside the mall.

Beware of kiosk at the Braintree Mall. The guy seems very nice but extremely pushy. The product they use on your hair is NOT the product they’re selling. The flat iron used on my hair was completely different than what I bought but you can’t tell at first site as they look very similar. The flat iron was demonstrated as the outside doesn’t get hot, can’t burn you or your hair, won’t leave dents in hair, curls that last ect… the flat iron I got gets extremely hot on the outside so not good for kids, hair doesn’t glide through... read more

Straight Away Beauty is a horrible company. The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The product I purchased did not work and they would not let me return it. Stay away from this company!

**** and I wish I read reviews before I got suckered in. They show you a steam iron that works great at the kiosk then try to offer you deals lowering the price little by little and sell you an iron that is not what they demonstrated. I specifically asked the girl at the Rockingham Mall in Salem NH if the iron she was selling me was the same iron used in her demonstration and she said yes. It was not. She sold me a ceramic iron and not the steamer iron. Bait and switch. It is cheap and not worth the price you pay. So disgust... read more

SCAM! I went to opry mills mall in Nashville and The sales lady was very pushy and pulled me over to the kiosk to show me a straightener that was actually amazing and I was very weary about spending $170 on it as I am a single mom and sometimes barely making it by but I never get anything for myself and I was talking to her about that and after that she was really talking me into it and threw in tons of free stuff and I eventually spent the money on it since it had a lifetime warranty.
