Have you ever walked into the mall and had a kiosk lady stop you, to show you a straightener that seemed amazing or so you thought. Well it was a bait and switch scam at West Town Mall in Knoxville TN. The straighteners they use on your hair ladies is not the same straightener they sale you. I was told you could use wet or dry. My hair was so soft afterwards and boy did she know how to con you into believing all of her lies. I was also told they had a lifetime warranty. Awful. The straightener that was "sold" to me is a ****!! It doesn't work as well. Doesn't heat up as well either at '450' Cheap. Bulky. Very cute colors though, I will say. Very aggressive / feeding sales approach. All certain you will be leaving with your "LIFE TIME WARRANTY" straightener. Just awful. An embarrassment. Was a gift to myself. It belongs in the trash. Misleading product. They will sell you a different product. I am 100% sure they used a different product when doing my hair this was at the dolphin Mall they will lure you to seat, the seller lied to my about the extensions he also made a lot of sexual comments about me.

I was stopped in canton Tx at their first Monday trade days. I paid over $649.xx for a "halo" hair extension and a combing hair straightener. The straightener does not work at all as the one that the "stylist" used on my hair. The extension broke and I am not getting any help from the company. I was not told there were no refunds until my card was run and I received my receipt. I am dissatisfied and would like my money back. I have a complaint that is of utmost relevance and importance, and will be stating it here: As of 3-29-21 my partner received a nonconsensual, unsafe, and damaging demonstration of one of your flattening iron products at a Straight Ahead kiosk in the Clarksville, Tennessee Governor's Square Mall. The associate who performed the demonstration, who wrote her name as '***' on the back of the S.A. promotional card that was handed to us, committed several offenses that left my partner feeling extremely violated and outraged. Wonderful product! Not sure how anyone has a bad review. My hair is kinky, curly and frizzy. I am not one to leave a review on a product. But on 3/13/2021 I was stopped by a lady at Opry Mills mall in Nashville TN. Yes I was skeptical. But spent just over $1700 on product, straightner, hair extensions. A joke. Lady chases me down to literally sell me JUNK never one time mentioned I couldn't return product. False advertising to the MAXX I'd love to get my 100$ refund back! I'll be sure to let the mall area know what they are doing
