Very upset and disappointed into the purchase I made from the mall! Nothing like what was demonstrated! It pulled some of my already thin hair and it didn't come out anything at all like it was at the mall. I was not ever informed of a no refund policy until I looked at my receipt. There should be a class action against this company for how these workers make you feel, buyers' remorse and scamming people. I was at the mall on cape cod in ************* and this guy was very nice but sold me a product that was 500 dollars and ************ at 265, but this straightener is a piece of c*** its a 10$ straightener at most and made my hair worse

I love the Straight Ahead beauty product line!!! I get compliments on my hair all the time!!! I haven’t been to a salon in months due to the products. I even noticed I have less split ends, frizziness and damage. My hair is always shiny and smooth! I can recommend this line enough!! My seller Kim was amazing and I’ll never buy from another seller!! If you’re ever at Opry Mills in Nashville,Tn please go see her, she’s amazing!!!

Pure junk Ive bought better stuff on wish. I was so disappointed after how good the demonstration of product was to come home and try my most expensive hair products Ive ever bought to be pure junk. Nothing like the bait and switch and was never notified of a no refund policy until I received my receipt. Total crooks!

I purchased the flat iron at the *********** Mall in ************, **. I agree with all the other bad reviews on this forum. The salesperson did a demonstration on my daughter's hair. I was so impressed by the outcome so I purchased the flat iron. She threw in a second tool and other hair products as a bonus. TOTAL ****!! I bought this in the mall in *********, ** from ******* The steam flat iron has no steam when I got it home and did not work like it worked when she did it. When she did it in the mall my hair was smooth and soft as silk. When I did it no steam, hair only slightly straightened. Tried on wet hair as she told me I could use it on wet hair and have my hair dry and straight in 7 minutes or less- it never got dry nor straight! On November 14th, I was approached by a sales representative from a Straight Ahead Beauty kiosk at the South Shore Plaza in Braintree l, MA. I got a bundle for $414.38 that included the purchase of a warranty. When I tried to register for the warranty on the website it said it did not honor my purchase because it wasn’t order directly online. "Straight Ahead" doesn't even deserve 1 star I had the same experience as the others on here. Me & my daughter were at the Knoxville Center Mall in TN & the woman there straightened my daughter's hair with a steam straightener & made some curls & her hair looked great. The woman kept lowering the price because I really wasn't wanting to buy a $100 straightener.
