Do nottttt buy!!!!!! the sales rep sold it to my 10 year old daughters !! They went to go get me a Christmas present and the sales rep got them to buy 2 of them!! It wouldnt be so terrible if this junk actually worked !! But 200 $ a piece and its garbage! And I am so upset ! I would give this a negative 100 stars if I could ! The salesperson for this business cornered my minor child and made her feel trapped and pressured into buying a hair iron - for context my child has very short hair and does not need a hot iron or any sort. Everything the previous customer review stated is absolutely true! I feel robbed, scammed, & emotionally raped! I tried to walk away with my 14-year-old son as we were school shopping, but the girl dragged me to the chair. She showed me & advertised the "no heat so safe INFRARED styler." Very upset and disappointed into the purchase I made from the mall! Nothing like what was demonstrated! It pulled some of my already thin hair and it didn't come out anything at all like it was at the mall. I was not ever informed of a no refund policy until I looked at my receipt. There should be a class action against this company for how these workers make you feel, buyers' remorse and scamming people. I was at the mall on cape cod in ************* and this guy was very nice but sold me a product that was 500 dollars and ************ at 265, but this straightener is a piece of c*** its a 10$ straightener at most and made my hair worse
I love the Straight Ahead beauty product line!!! I get compliments on my hair all the time!!! I haven’t been to a salon in months due to the products. I even noticed I have less split ends, frizziness and damage. My hair is always shiny and smooth! I can recommend this line enough!! My seller Kim was amazing and I’ll never buy from another seller!! Pure junk Ive bought better stuff on wish. I was so disappointed after how good the demonstration of product was to come home and try my most expensive hair products Ive ever bought to be pure junk. I was so impressed by the outcome so I purchased the flat iron. She threw in a second tool and other hair products as a bonus. TOTAL ****!! I bought this in the mall in *********, ** from ******* The steam flat iron has no steam when I got it home and did not work like it worked when she did it. When she did it in the mall my hair was smooth and soft as silk. When I did it no steam, hair only slightly straightened. Tried on wet hair as she told me I could use it on wet hair and have my hair dry and straight in 7 minutes or less- it never got dry nor straight!
