"Straight Ahead" doesn't even deserve 1 star I had the same experience as the others on here. Me & my daughter were at the Knoxville Center Mall in TN & the woman there straightened my daughter's hair with a steam straightener & made some curls & her hair looked great. The woman kept lowering the price because I really wasn't wanting to buy a $100 straightener. Hello, my family recently attended kids fest where we purchased two hair straighteners for our daughter. I have concerns that after using there device at home its most definitely not the same quality as the one used as the demo. Upon researching this company I found that this is a known scammer company. Please be advised for they are selling these for 400+ and do not work. See the following

absolute scam. Cant believe i was persuaded to buy this because the sales lady lowered the price. the product does not work like the ******* am so dissatisfied; i am infuriated that i fell into the trap. i will NEVER EVER buy products from this brain again

Same as others. My daughter was so excited to find something that could tame her hair without damage.Imagine her hurt when she learned that she was ripped off. The products are no better than other ceramic irons and it doesnt work like what they used in the mall.

I was in parkway mall today for an interview and I was stopped by this boot by ******. She sold me a flat iron that was a scam. She straightened my hair in that mall and it was so silky and soft and straightened in one swipe. She also curls it. I bought two of these one for my mom for Christmas and these irons are not what they advertised. This is false advertisement. I want a full refund or the real product shipped to me!!nnn

The product does nothing like it was demonstrated to do!! I was at the flea market on vacation and a woman sold it to me and me mother after she kept lowering the price and finally my mom and I agreed to split the price because it was still to much. Once we got home and started using it. It does nothing different then a normal straighter. That is all it is an over priced straightener!!!!!

I went into the ************** where I was approached by one of the employees for this buisness and they sat me down in the chair and she was going on and on about how amazing the product was even tested it out on my own hair and I was amazed with the product until I got home and it did not work the same as the one the woman used on my hair at the kiosk. I just got robbed at the sawgrass mall it does not work like the one ***** the sales rep use on my hair its a total rip *** and the invoice says now refund. Exchange for the same rubbish.
