I would give them NO stars. I can't believe people will just rip others off. I was so excited to find a product that worked with my hair. I get it home and its way hot to the touch. The button placement is off, AND it doesn't curl Bait and switch scam at a vendor fair. Now no one will answer the phone.

I am very satisfied customer. Ive seen the negative reviews here, all these reviews coming from customers that purchased the products in the mall its important to clarify that when you buy products from the mall, you buy regular Quality. Straight Ahead also has a professional line That I have purchased in my Beauty School. I have been using the products for over a year now and Im very satisfied.

*** at ******************** in ** totally pulled a bait and switch after she demonstrated a product on me and put a different one in the bag. We were on vacation for our anniversary and she knew we wouldnt be coming back to confront her. She played on us by compliments and cohering my husband to buy me the product and he didnt know how much these things really cost. I wanted to let you know of a very unpleasant experience I had at the **************** mall at the end of October. As I was doing my shopping exiting ***************, I was cornered by two I individual from ****** who pressured me to have them try their curler/hair straightener on my hair. This was at least the eight time in the past two years that they tried this and unfortunately I agreed due to their pressure. PSA: BUYER BEWARE! currently there are two stands selling this hair straightener at the **************** mall. They will draw you in, curl or straighten your hair and sucker you into buying this product that they claim is $500, but are somehow able to sell it to you for $150. You will leave feeling as though you have just scored the best deal ever. However, when you get to the car upon completing an hour research you will soon find out that it is a major scam. These two girls at this kiosk at the *************** in ****************, ** (hailing from *************) corner you and pull you into a chair to trick you into buying a different item than they're selling. They demo this fabulous "infrared" straightener on you that supposedly doesn't use heat, can be used on damp hair and also curls your hair. Do nottttt buy!!!!!! the sales rep sold it to my 10 year old daughters !! They went to go get me a Christmas present and the sales rep got them to buy 2 of them!! It wouldnt be so terrible if this junk actually worked !! But 200 $ a piece and its garbage! And I am so upset ! I would give this a negative 100 stars if I could ! I dont understand I really dont and I cant get my money back ! This just ruins Christmas taking all of these girls Christmas money ! Im going to throw up !

The salesperson for this business cornered my minor child and made her feel trapped and pressured into buying a hair iron - for context my child has very short hair and does not need a hot iron or any sort. My daughter called me after the fact stating she felt very stupid and feeling like she had to buy something to get away from the salesperson, stating she wouldnt let me leave. Everything the previous customer review stated is absolutely true! I feel robbed, scammed, & emotionally raped! I tried to walk away with my 14-year-old son as we were school shopping, but the girl dragged me to the chair. She showed me & advertised the "no heat so safe INFRARED styler."
