Wish I had gotten away from the very pushy sales girl, something told me to pull up the BBB and research. I was so impressed with what they demonstrated on my hair and got sucked in after she lowered the price, I was actually on my way to tjmaxx/Marshalls or **** to purchase some curlers but had not intended to spend $100 only to get home and realize I had been better off spending fraction of that on name brand ones from mentioned stores. Was approached at the mall in ********* ** by a very pushy saleswoman and shown a different product than the one I went home with just like everyone else. Was so mad at myself afterwards for letting someone pressure me into buying something I couldn't afford when they wouldn't stop despite all my polite no's. Dishonest scam!!!!

Ripped off at ********** yesterday! Decided to use it all excited too and the shxt Dont even Heat up like the one at the mall NO CURLS NO STRAIGHTENER NOTHING! Im getting something back from this what a waste of money!

Got ripped off on my BIRTHDAY!! THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE SAME PRODUCTS THAT THEY DEMONSTRATE. What a terrible terrible business. I either want my money back or the real thing. This is absolutely ridiculous. Wasted my birthday money that I was going to use on my vacation Im on so sad. Ruined my birthday.

I was in the mall in ********* and was approached by a salesperson at a kiosk while shopping with my daughter. She demonstrated a hair straightener on my hair and even let my daughter and I try it ourselves. The hair straightener used steam as she described and showed us. She was very pushy and we were at her kiosk for an hour. We ended up purchasing two straighteners and serum for $285. However, the salesperson was dishonest and lied to us. If I could leave zero stars I would ! These people are scammers they show you one product while they demonstrate and sell you another . When I got home the iron did not work anywhere as good as the one they used in the middle of the mall. They need to be shut down for fraud and false advertising!!! Immediately

I was at the ********* mall in ********* ********* and an employee of Straight Ahead asked me if he could show me and my fiance the Bionic Pro Gold Collection. He used it on my hair, it was soft and beautiful (it stayed the rest of the day). He showed me that the original price was $370 and I wasn't sure about that, then he offered a $20 safety case for free. After getting a no while offering for $169, he offered to add a military discount and give us the same deal for $129. After another no, he put the case away and pulled ... read more

All the negative reviews are the same, so I won't bother wasting my time saying what everyone else is saying. I was ripped off on my birthday. The lady wouldn't take no for an answer. She forcefully pulled cards out of my wallet to keep running even though I told her I had no money. Terrible business and it's so upsetting they continue to scam people and get away with it. Why is nothing being done?!?!?
