Lovely clean hotel in beautiful grounds, location ideally situated for looking around the local area. Really nice shops and cafes in the market square. The only small let down was with the listing on the hotel menu - ‘Chicken Caesar Salad with Croutons and Parmesan cheese’ £17.25 The very nice waitress even commented on how lovely the chef did this. - Located in the heart of the town, the location is just perfect. - For those who's driving, they provide free parking for the hotel's customer. - St Edward's Church located next to the hotel. We got to the see the Durin's door. - There are a few villages located nearby as well. Upper & Lower Slaughter and also Bourton-on-the-water. - The service is great.
