We had afternoon tea here and apart from the food being delish the service went above and beyond to make our experience top notch. Loved sitting by the big windows out on the veranda, looking down to the lake, beautiful
Our fourth visit to Bowness but first at this hotel. A beautiful location coupled with staff who were friendly courteous and attentive without being intrusive. Room had a great view was clean and comfortable. Ensuite was good with walk in shower. Minor issue not much space for toiletries. Breakfast was good plenty of choice and a real pleasure not to be presented with a buffet. Ate in the evening in the Bistro Plenty of choice if there for a short break which we were.Woukd we return? Without hesitation yed
