Please. Unless it is truly life or death, make another choice. The lies, the complete lack of give-a-sh!t, the runaround. If there's anything they are consistent about, it's poor patient care in my experience. I just don't understand why people do not understand that they don't have to settle for subpar care. There are great providers out there. This just doesn't happen to be one of them.
Be Careful of this hospital, You are video taped in each room, and if You question any of the actions of what they are doing, they will threaten You with Adult protective services or Child protective services to stop You from standing up for the Person You are there with to help. Ask for Patients Advocate and they will not show up. Traveled the world and to many hospital visits, this is the worst.
Better security. My god-mother (lates 70s) was there this week due to pneumonia, a random man walked into her room and went through her jacket* he had a duffle bag with him and kept staring at her saying I know you. My godmother did not know this man and how is it he was able to walk without notice right into her room. If the nurse did not show up, it could have been worse. My first two babies were born here and I had a great experience. The nurse who helped with my firstborn was not well trained in adoption situations, but thankfully her ignorance didn't negate all of the amazing care we received from everyone else. When I delivered my second child my nurse was an absolute angel. She stayed with me the whole time and was amazing with me and my needs through my high anxiety labor.
