I really would have liked to been there customer but they won't show up for their appointments. And no one never calls back the manager must really suck and their customer service is awful I should have build them for the time that I was took off and waited on them.

Hi Rhea. I do see you in our system. Notes say the Mr. called and cancelled the appointment. This was back in June 2017? We see another phone call with you in July but I don't see an appointment attached to that call.
These people refuse to quit coming by my house despite repeatedly being told no. I once stupidly gave them my phone number and they called my house over and over again and every time my husband and I told them no. The last rep who came by said they don't work off a list so they will not stop coming. I will NEVER buy windows from these people!
After knocking on our door and speaking to my husband, a gentleman came back several days later saying we had an appointment. After speaking to my husband he had never made an appointment, I said I'm sorry we didn't make an appointment and he asked why confirmed. Neither of us confirmed this. So then when I apologized for wasting his time (even though, it wasn't my fault) he was incredibly rude back. Customer service will make or break a company, keep that in mind.

I had to give them 1 star. It won't take 0 stars. Set an appointment. 1 1/2 hours AFTER the appointment time I was told that the appointment was rescheduled. We did not reschedule the appointment. Guess they didn't want my business...
