The windows are great. Installation crew was great. However Our salesman made promises he never kept. A couple days after windows installed we noticed two small holes in one of the screens. We called to schedule a repair. I had a conversation with a guy named Pollo? Not sure. Anyway that was on Oct 31. He said he wouldn’t be in our area for a week or so. I said ok. Never heard from him again. I have repaired the screens myself. It sounds like minor issues but for what we paid. I would think we would get a better response
The tech that came out to do our estimate was very knowledgeable of the product and friendly. We can’t wait for installation day!!!
They have never addressed their employee being negligent and rude to me when I fell on the window she put in the walkway at Moody Gardens Friday of Thanksgiving weekend 2019

Their business practices and the way they treat their employees are questionable at best.
Do not get a quote from this company unless you are 100% positive that this is the company you are going to use. I WILL NOT be using them because they have been calling me nonstop for months even though I have told several people that we are not interested. It is harassment and apparently it’s normal practice for them.
