Your harrassment of my elderly mother will stop. Shes not buying your second rate windows, put in by underpaid workers. I will make sure you dont upset her anymore. People look at their Yelp reviews many pictures which speak louder then words. stop bullying our seniors with your high pressure slimy sales tactics !!!!
I entered a contest through a radio station and if I would have known they would be calling me multiple times to tell me I won $500 I would NOT have entered. I have told them multiple times I am not ready for windows anytime soon, but they still keep calling me.
They will push you into a contract and then when you cancel within their time frame, they sue you saying that you never cancelled. Unfortunately I was unable to fight back and they have been awarded thousands of dollars for work I will never receive. I am a disabled veteran with a small budget and I couldn't work their expensive windows into my budget because my boyfriend was laid off. They wouldn't even let us talk about it because my boyfriend wasn't available when they came by. This nightmare will never end.
Made the mistake of giving my phone number. Explained to them that I was not ready for new windows they continue to call and harass me. I have told them to take my phone number off the list and blocked there numbers but they still continue to call me. I don’t do business with companies that can’t follow instructions and harass people.

No one showed up for my scheduled appointment and when I called to ask why they said due to not all home owners going to be home. Yet no one called me to inform me of the cancelation. Obviously they don’t want to sell windows.

J.P., who came out first and showed us the initial product, demonstrated just how tough these frames are and how effective the glass is at preventing radiant heat transfer but best of all we liked when he showed the strength of the glass by hammering a nail into a board with a pane of the glass.
