RecommendedWe just had our new windows from Storm Tight Windows installed. The installers were very neat and clean, friendly, efficient and professional. The windows are top quality and nice looking. We have only had them a week and are looking forward to seeing cheaper electric bills. The new windows have made our home a lot quieter from the outside noise. After high pressure quote, I have received persistent cold calls from various numbers for almost a year now. I can't speak on their quality of service/product, but you should expect to be harassed following quote.
I love my new windows! The installation crew was good. The inspection took a few days which is why I didn’t give 5 stars, but other than that I can’t complain. Even the inspector said we picked a good company�
We set up 3 appointments with storm tight and all 3 times it was cancelled the last 2 appointments were NO CALL NO SHOW we took off work to make sure we were home. The last appointment was 2-3 weeks ago and we have YET TO HEAR from them not even an apology. Very disappointed we were really excited about getting these new windows but I guess we just didn’t make the cut not sure why. I have lived in the area for less than a year now and I have had this company come to my door three times! I have been very polite but my patience is starting to wear thin. If I want my windows done, I will contact someone myself. Yes, having the right windows is important and safe. I feel as though mine are fine for now and it just isn't in the budget. Please stop sending people out to solicit in this area. If you want business...it will come to you.
From start to finish Storm Tight has been a great experience! The installers were efficient and friendly and the windows look great!
I’m really disappointed in this company. They have a great product but their service department is the worst I’ve ever seen. I have I paid $16,000 3 months ago for some windows that still are not 100% complete and they left a mess all over my house and did a poor job with installation. They’ve been late every time they’ve been to my house. Should have been a one-day installation if it was done right. I’ve talk to everyone that I know of associated with this company and all I get is the runaround
