Price and shipping were great. Customer service is another matter. I tried to call several time with questions about my order but always got a machine. I finally left a message with my order number and phone number but they never called me back.

The SEP website said it was in stock when I ordered, but the next day I was told that there was a one week delay, then after one week I was told that there was a 1 month delay. I had to cancel the order and reluctantly purchase a similar item on ebay for more money. I am not a happy customer!
Product is well made but too expensive for a piece of aluminum. It is highly profitable to you, prohibitive for the buyer due to excessive cost!
I was never contacted if item was processed or shipped. Shipping says 5-7 days and it has now been 12 days and not a single word from them. Also they don't answer the phone number supplied on their webaite.
I was prompted by SEP to review this charger after only having it a week. SEP processed and delivered fast. The charger works fine, would have gave it 5 stars if it Odyssey would have made it OK to charge other makes and types of batteries. They say in the manual "Do Not use on other types or brands of batteries. The power and lead cabling is heavy enough that I would not call it a cheap-o unit. Ordered a lifeline GPL31XT and FedEx damaged the battery during delivery. SEP quickly replied to my emails and sent me a new battery. Customer service was awesome!!!!
Very satisfied with transaction, hard to find batteries, and quick delivery. I will be a repeat customer.
