Not only does SEP Batteries carry the highest quality products, it also gives in depth information on all the products that they carry. The site is very well organized and eye catching, and I know when I order a product from them, i can trust it. Good product overall. Holds the charge at least twice as long as regular deep cycle batteries. They are very heavy!

I would like to say that all is good with SEP as they take care of there customers needs. I ordered a 27T Lifeline AGM battery and the first shipping was with FED-ex and battery was broke during shipping. I went on line communicated with sales and found out the process to replacement battery which was was sent out promptly.Thanks Clinton
This company is very bad about having item in stock and ther shipping times are very long. Wrong product has been recieved several times and they expect the coustomer to cover the shipping cost when SEP makes the error. Also information on the web site reguarding important information about product specifications is for "entertainment puposes only" because they say they do not guarantee any information on ther site for accuracy.
We placed an order on July 31. Shipping was to be 5-7 business days.After we did not receive purchase in timely manner. I called, sent several emails. One girl told me the systems were updating & she would call back. Several days later she did call & leave message saying she could not find our order!Finally got an email saying our purchase got lost somewhere but was finally on its way. Arrived Tuesday August 19. Believe that is a bit longer than 5-7 days!
