The product was we needed, no problems there. However, this order was the most mishandled order I have ever had with any online retailer. A total lack of communication from SEP to me the customer resulted in (1) me thinking the items would arrive in 3-5 business days, when in fact they were "OUT OF STOCK" and there was a two week back order; (2) the notification when the items had shipped was bogus as it was another week before the items shipped only after I contacted them to see if they could give me an update and (3) never... read more
Price was great, shipping was twice as long as was expected from 5-7 day time frame listed at ordering time. Not a big deal if you're not in a time bind.
I purchased a product that said "in stock". It never shipped. Only after my attempt to contact you was I told it was out of stock. You then offered an alternative which was fine but did not ship that for several days either. By the time I received the product it was passed the time I needed it by. I had emailed that if I would not receive it by Friday to cancel the order and refund my money. Instead you shipped it and I received it the next Tuesday. You firm has extremely poor customer service.
Slow to ship
Delivery took a long time, have not used item yet.
These batteries are a fine product.
When will my battery arrive?
I am still waiting for my purchase that should have been shipped last week! My order as of 8/12/14 at 1200 pm est has not shipped.
These quality parts increase the versatility of the Odyssey battery.
