SEP was not good to work with. They were very slow shipping approximately six weeks. They sent the wrong product and said it was a replacement for the one I ordered. I would not order from them again.

Excellent battery, I just wish I bought from someone else. I specifically asked if I order it on MONDAY would I have it by Friday. I was told "yes" in fact it only takes 4 days I was told and might even get on Thursday. Well the reason I needed it by that date was to be able to get to work on my own. Instead I received it the following week. That delay forced me to purchase a ride to and from work for three days while I waited for the battery to arrive the following week. I think this battery is phenomenal. It was 19 months old when I received it (mfr date on sticker). I don't know if it got a charge before being shipped, but I tested it and found 1120 CCA @ 13.2V. I thought my old battery cranked my V10 engine without hesitation and it only had 570 CCA @ 12.7V; but this new battery cranks it noticeably quicker. I have not tried deep cycling it (running the radio/headlights for hours without the engine running). While my old battery still had some life in it, it was almost 8 (!) years old and... read more

Good service; just a small suggestion but it would be beneficial if the buyer is emailed / notified of shipment tracking no so he can determine eta of arrival. But overall, great experience and can't wait to do business with again. Thanks!
