It has been two weeks since I ordered and paid for the items, and I still have not received them. I also have not been able to get in touch with anyone about. Therefore customer service is lacking, and product cannot be rated since I have never received it, again, after TWO weeks!!!
The Deltran batteries I bought (and waited several weeks for with no notice) were VERY disappointing. I bought them based on the 26-35 lead equivalent and that is a lie. I did not know until after purchase and use that they are only 102.4 whr because it only says that on the battery itself, nowhere else!!! That means they are 8 AH equivalent, not 26-35!!!!! Screwed again...

Battery low charge but charged it keep it charged and seems to be holding well now, only issue is now rebate, filled it out but no response unsure about it hoping. See in time, slight less voltage then Optimas.

Terrible customer service! Items were suppose to ship in 5-7 days. No response to emails or phone calls. 5 WEEKS later items finally shipped. Worst customer service ever!!!!!
