Less than impressed with your sales dept. I called you to confirm the terminals that would be on the batteries I wanted to order and ordered, based on what I was told. I did NOT get the product I ordered, primarily because you have the wrong picture of the battery, on your website, confirmed by Lifeline Battery tech support. Fortunately Lifeline Batteries is sending me a kit to change the terminals to what I wanted in the first place.
Hi, I was very happy with the price of the battery that I chose and the possibility of free shipping. The battery was shipped from mid country to my western location in a reasonable period of time, and the battery was well packed and protected in the box. However, I was disappointed that the battery had a born on date of May 2014, (I ordered and received the battery in February 2015). The battery was drop-shipped from Lifeline, with no customer name on the label. It was shipped to our marina, and the dockmasterââ¬â¢s office called the 1-800 number on the label but nobody returned the call. We finally figured it out, with no help from SEP or from Lifeline, so I doubt I will order again nor will I recommend you to friends unless they are receiving it directly and not through a marina or RV park office. i think the batteries are ok but it took forever to get them
Bought the BT Lithium battery. I haven't tried it but it came charged at 13.14V and after I charged with the BTLJ charger it charged at 13.63V.
