Delivery was delayed due to in house computer problems. Sorry I canââ¬â¢t provide a glowing review.
Ultra slow processing.
Did not like being charged for batteries at time of order, when they were not shipped for about three weeks. When I sent e-mails I kept getting different answers. Finally received batteries and installed them, but haven're used them yet
No shipping information. No one would answer phone. Took week to respond to my emails/phone messages. Finally responded, lied that it shipped, shipped week later. Batteries loose in box. Never again from this company.
I ordered the batteries and didn't get a E mail confirmation for about 7 days, just when I was starting to worry I got a E mail stating they were having some IT. Issues and my batteries were on its way. They then followed up with several other E mails, the batteries came in and are now installed in my motorhome. Stored energy had a great Price and delivered as promised. Marc Kimball

A little slow on delivery but not bad.
Wrong item. Ordered 925L, got a 925. Now I have to buy new cables to reach the second battery.
The price was right but the communication and shipping time need work. I understand my product was a drop ship item but after almost 7 days I had to email twice and call once to get a tracking number. All ended well and I would shop here again. Just know when you order that this is not an Amazon.com order. It will be a great price and you'll get it, but just don't expect lightning fast shipping and great communication...
