My order consisted of three products where the selecting, ordering, paying, and receiving delivery all went very well. However, one of the products, the battery tender junior for lithium, was pictured as stand alone and the product description had no mention any accessories. The picture was the unit and not as packaged. Hence, I additionally order two accessories which was a mistake because the product was packaged with both alligator clips and the terminal posts. Fast delivery!
The product description does not indicate included are the terminal harness or alligator clips. So I ordered the harness too, only to learn upon delivery the charger does in fact include both the clips and harness. So now I have duplicates, wondering if I should bother with a return or just hold on to them as spares.
It's ok so far. Very simple unit. Only thing is the various lights flashing. One time it showed my brand new battery was toast. THen when I unplugged it and moved it it said it was at 80% charged, then went to 100% shortly thereafter. The Deltran LifePo battery has run great.
Delivery was quicker than expected and delivered in good ... in all far exceeded our expectation. Thanks
