Reception was excellent with communication, information and contact information and was exceedingly impressed about how their customer service operates. They engaged very well, and that convinced me beyond doubt. Overall, they remain friendly, well trained and exceptional on their job role with good work ethics
It is a mosque that I share my experience at storage king West Bromwich today November the 5th 2025. I was met by a charming young man called Kieran who was polite informative helpful knowing the products and services in depth and detail. He assisted me and took the boxes I had purchase and put them in the car for me I told him if I was to rate the service I had from him today I would rate him 25 out of 10 he provided an excellent service he is a sure asset to storage king.
