Wonderful storage unit with very friendly and super helpful staff. The unit itself was immaculate and easy to navigate.
Great service. Good price and flexible when we needed to extend.
The set up of the room was quick and easy. I was given a good choice of units to ensure I have the correct size. Access to the unit is very simple after to set up a code and you can visit anytime which suited my work patterns. The trolleys can be a little difficult to manoeuvre as the corridors are not particularly wide but a little practice and it’s fine. Closing contract down is very simple. Give notice, clear out and take your lock.
Staff were very friendly, price was good and unit is clean. Only issue is the parking. You have to register your car every visit or you get a £100 parking ticket. I forgot the first time so got a ticket. The staff did tell me so it is my fault, but they managed to get the ticket refunded. Very impressed.
