Verified Renter It’s quiet and I love the area. I would love if the trees was cut down in the back of the buildings. I like the neighbors that’s around because they don’t bother nobody.
Verified Renter Being a new resident…..The doggy was park needs to be upgraded but other than that it’s been ok. It is located in the center of a lot of place I enjoy going to…. I can see the improving on a lil more in home updates like appliances and flooring but overall it is ok.

I was excited and still am I believe I can turn this into my desired home, but I did have a few problems/ concerns about the way everything looked when I moved in. For example the carpets looked vacuumed but not cleaned and the oven was broken, not to mention the bedroom window didn't lock properly.but other than that it's pretty decent.
Verified Renter I chose Stonesthrow for the location. I have so many places close to me. it is quiet and very nice place to live in. I immediately felt at home.

Verified Renter This isn’t the quietest place to live but the staff is so nice and accommodating. I would say this is a good starter apartment, this is my first apartment so it’s been okay so far. The walls are a little thin but I am not home a lot so it doesn’t bother me too much
Verified Renter The maintenance team is great and quick to repair, but everything else is frustrating. All of the amenities listed on their website are either unavailable or in need of repair. Rules are not enforced. There is poop and and trash everywhere, and people playing music really loud past 11pm
Verified Renter So far so good please with property and my space and staff. When I call things get done. Clean and quiet place and friendly neighbors . We I need something fixed and put in service orders and they are done in a timely manner.
