Verified Renter The only thing I like is the location being convenient to everything. The apartments are over priced and outdated. The floors are weak in my apartment, plus the tubs are outdated painted over and cracking, when I mentioned it I was told to not clean it with bleach so the paint wouldn't peel. They need to be replaced because when we stand up in them they feel like they will collapse anytime. I've reported this matter about the tubs and floors throughout the house. Verified Renter Wish I would have got to see this place before I started renting. My apartment is ok but not worth the rent price. Really wish the potholes would get fixed in the parking lot before it ruins my tires.
