Verified Renter Sometimes it’s hard to get ahold of management and maintenance. We’ve had to wait for weeks before and submit many requests to get someone out to fix the problems.

Verified Renter My resident experience has just started , I like everything overall except a few things within the apartment with how it was cleaned and how it smells, you can tell the person who previously lived here owned a cat, my apartment smells of its urine and in the hallway someone’s dog or cat poo is just hangin out in the hallway since I moved in.

Terrible Maintenance My a/c was out for 42 days. I made several maintenance requests. Sometimes, someone would come out and promise to be back the next day and would never return. I made a concerned work order about mold from the a/c unit leaking, and it also went on for 42 days unchecked. Office will not help, as I had to badger them for fixes.
