Verified Renter It's calm and quiet and I have a beautiful view from my balcony - sunsets almost every night. It has been a great home to transition to Greenville.

Verified Renter So far it’s okay for the price, most apts are older and don’t really have overhead lighting. The walls etc are also not painted professionally but other than that I’ve enjoyed my stay. Not necessarily deal breakers but the price could be a bit better to reflect that

Verified Renter Really nice place to stay, the main ranch comes the same day when you put work order in. The staff in the office are so nice, polite, and helpful.
Verified Renter The apartment units are great! The renovations are coming along pretty swiftly and I appreciate the care that the leasing office provides to their tenants.
Old Apartments with roaches The apartment I live in is infested with roaches. We have had an exterminator come in and they are still present (they are not palmetto bugs). Maintenance is very slow to answer any requests and half the time they simply don't do them.

Verified Renter I was so excited. Then Stonesthrow dropped the ball. Dirty Unit and missing the Washer and Dryer promised. Getting the run around and most likely being jerked around when honesty is always the best policy. Lies mean the problem is unknown and cannot be solved. So disappointed..,
