Verified Renter Move in was smooth. A couple things that need to be worked on in the apartment but absolutely love it! We’re close to the front so we can walk to everything.
Verified Renter The layout here feels very comfortable, but the equipment is a bit old. The refrigerator keeps making noise, one of the gas stove burners is tilted, and the outdoor balcony light flickers continuously at night. The toilet door is broken; it almost couldn't be opened once shut. The main issue I hope to see improved is the refrigerator. Otherwise, the location is great and it's a place that makes you want to stay.
Verified Renter Good value, nice amenities. The apartment is clean, parking is easy to find. Good water pressure in the shower. The staff was very helpful in completing the application and getting moved in quickly.
Verified Renter They have been very kind to me before giving me the keys, and after they gave me the keys, when I entered the apartment, there was a bad smell, there were many things wrong, other things they had not explained to me, and they have not given me the washing machine and the dryer, they don't answer me and I still can't move because I'm still waiting for them to resolve everything

Verified Renter So far so good I’m loving the staff who work here and the place is very nice and lovely environment. I am a little aggravated that there is a school across the street. It makes it very difficult to leave for work or even get home due to the congested traffic on the one road. Maybe if there was another entrance to come into here that would be great too.
