Verified Renter For only being here a few months, it’s ok. Loving the improvements they are making but neighbors can be loud. During non quiet times. Maintenance is slow about receiving parts for fixes and entered our apartment when no one was home (I now make sure I put they can’t enter unless someone answers the door).

Could be a little bit cheaper considering we have ... Could be a little bit cheaper considering we have never been late on our rent. The rent shouldn't increase every year because no upgrades have been made to the apartments other than the outside.

I love my little apartment. With its nice little b... I love my little apartment. With its nice little balcony and fireplace. Convenient to downtown Greenville and just minutes from the interstate.

Sub-par, if that. Nobody answers office phones, ma... Sub-par, if that. Nobody answers office phones, maintenance is never done in a timely manner, they can never keep up with important paperwork you've sent over 5 times, rowdy neighbors but office doesn't want to do anything about it. Shall I go on? Worst place to move. Affordable in this economy but they really aren't worth a penny.

Everything has been great other than my stolen pac... Everything has been great other than my stolen package. And not knowing how delivery works and how to get to the different locked rooms. Not really liking the fact that my packages goes into a room that anyone can go into and take whatever they want. It seems saver for packages to be delivered in front of the door.
