Staff is friendly but the bath tubs need to be upd... Staff is friendly but the bath tubs need to be updated the paint starts chipping and cause mole. Maintenance typically doesn’t have what they need to fix issues that go wrong.

When I 1st moved in almost 2 years ago it was grea... When I 1st moved in almost 2 years ago it was great but it has truly and sadly went down hill since!!! It's getting to the point of being scared and feeling unsafe at my own home!!!

It's a good place to start one of the nicer places... It's a good place to start one of the nicer places easy access to 385 an shopping area's an minutes away from downtown Greenville the mall is 10 minutes away along with great restaurants
Love Our Home Loving our new home! It's big on the inside has plenty of storage closets has plenty of space. Everything is clean it was better than what was expected it's amazing. Just the clean feeling and everything in our new home.

Verified Renter Good, I really enjoy staying here. Great location, and great amenities. The apartments are very spacious also . They are bigger, than most houses.
Runnnnnn! I'm a relatively new resident that moved for a job not knowing this area. Since I've been here ive seen police raid the buildings 3 THREE TRES times. There was literally a swat team here last week making arrests. They let anyone move in. Also ROACHES, they're all outside and inside the buildings. At first I'd just see one and and there. Now its a daily occurrence when I see the little critters. They charge all kinds of little fees so the rent isn't as low as it appears. Gloria is nice, but otherwise staff is lacklu... read more
Apartments are decent, but everything else is terrible I hate to say it, but the low price point of these apartments attracts a certain type of resident. That is, people with less money who seem to be under the impression that they are the only ones who live here. Expect neighbors to blast their music at all hours of the day (which management does nothing about even after multiple complaints despite being explicitly prohibited in the lease), constant police presence (I've lived here for two years and twice seen multiple poli... read more
