If I could give 6 stars I would! First saw the carpet in a Marriott in Williamsburg Virginia. It was in every hallway. I told my husband how beautiful it was EVERY time we saw it, many times a day. After doing research for a few weeks I found Stonegate Carpets. Richard was so helpful and made the process easier. We are so absolutely happy with this gorgeous carpet.Thank you so very much. I fitted a stair runner with rods a few years ago to my stairs carpet but never took into consideration the kite at the top of the stairs would need different length rods, so have lived with the stairs remaining unfinished for a while. I have been very impressed with the service right from my initial enquiry to receiving my carpet. They sent over samples and helped to develop my ideas for a carpet runner. I would highly recommend Stonegate carpets for quality, price and service.
Really good pricing and they had a perfect remnant for us. They also fitted it quickly, arriving on a Saturday afternoon. Friendly carpet fitters arrived. Third time we have been with them now.
I went to Stonegate Carpets in need of a stair carpet I was shown a few but thought it best to get some measurements then I/ we know where I’m going on price etc this was Monday the 17th feb it is now Wednesday the 19th of feb I’ve had no contact?? Obviously they weren’t looking to sell me a carpet their loss I’ve had my stairs measured by another carpet company today much more reliable and better quality carpet!!!
