I had a very positive experience with this company. Richard provided excellent, patient service and great communication; he answered all my questions thoroughly. I am very satisfied with the quality of the final product. I was particularly impressed that the delivery was organized perfectly, even for an international shipment all the way to Germany. Highly recommended!
Would always come back here. Shelley was so helpful with advice about colour & the best carpet for lounge & hall. Richard always kept intouch with me as i had delays from the decorator. I would encourage anyone thinking about purchasing a new carpet to visit Stonegate Carpets. We weren't sure what to expect as they are hidden from view off Stonegate Road and not a particularly attractive building but after reading other reviews we decided to try them and will definitely use again. Used MC a few times now, most recently a few weeks ago. Excellent service and competitive price
First class service from start to finish of ordering carpet and having a rug made to size for my hallway to match my stair carpet previously purchased from Stonegate Carpets. This was all completed by telephone and online messages as I live in Glasgow. Staff were all very friendly and helpful to a very senior woman especially Richard. Highly recommend this company.
