Verified Renter For the most part it’s a nice community a lot of friendly neighbors. Not as quiet as it used to be but not too bad . Community is clean nice place to live

Verified Renter Quiet, friendly neighbor hood! Private property so no police activity unless called and thats hardly ever!! The down fall is they like to raise rent every lease renewal and being a single mom its getting hard to want to stay here

Verified Renter It’s been a nice place to live, a perfect starter place and our neighbors have been pleasant! The apartment is really comfortable! There are some things I wish I’d seen prior. The building had/has roaches and there have been a few small ones we’ve found in our kitchen. The water pressure isn’t the best and the dryer burned our fleece blankets but other than those simple things the rent is affordable and they have all but electric included, I would recommend !

Verified Renter So far I’ve been here for almost a year and I think that it’s a very quiet and nice place to live. Haven’t had any problems. The office is always quick with a response if I need anything and maintenance is always in and out when needed.

Verified Renter Nice and quiet. Wish we had better parking situation in the back of the community. Convenient location to Walmart and a dozen other stores. Local schools are very good as well.
