Verified Renter Very quite and nice place . Staff are friendly. The only down side is That it’s an income base community and the rent as gone up. Too pricey they are not new apartments they are in average condition but still would be nice if they fix doors replaces windows for the rent you have to pay..

Verified Renter As the weather is nicer the kids are out playing in the streets! Running around cars , tossing balls that hit our cars and sitting in parking spots playing! There needs to be a play for them to play other than in the road and by cars. The neighborhood is quiet most of the time. People that work here are friendly.

Verified Renter Beautiful place to live, They always keep the grounds clean and trash empty. I never saw any bugs but they spray all the time to. Make sure . I lived here since 2013 . Maintenance crew are always so nice and professional .
