Verified Renter Located in a pretty quiet area. The staff is very nice! Maintenance work is done super quickly! Located very close to 95 and Rt. 1 so it is very convenient. Also, no reserved parking which makes it easier for any visitors.

Nice place to live with a family We moved from Fairfax to this area and lived here for one year. We loved here, the staff were always helpful and friendly and specially Dory the manager was a great help when moving in and moving out. She helped the process to be smooth. We are going to miss this place. We are moving again because of work but if we come back to Stafford we will definitely come back here. Ben Salinas

Great place to live! My family and I lived at Stonegate for the last year and really enjoyed living there. The staff is friendly and helpful and I feel like they truly care about the property and the people that live there. My daughter and I attended a few of the social gatherings they had; bingo, crafts, photos with Santa and always felt welcomed and encouraged to attend. I would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the Stafford area.

Details My apartment is nice and a little spacious, comes with its own laundry room with a washer/dryer. Nice walkin closet, wish we had a bigger fridge because when I meal prep the space because limited lol. I enjoy living here even though the rent is kind of expensive for a two bedroom place but I'm happy to have a roof over my head.
Cannot recommend The noise level is ridiculous. Unsupervised children of all ages is a problem. They are loud and rude, to include kicking the door. The staff is generally friendly and helpful for minor issues. However, if true problems are brought to their attention, they offer little in the way of solutions. I have had a nightmare experience with the tenants below me. Constant slamming of their front and patio doors at all hours of the day and night and harassment when I leave and enter my apartment.
